Return Policy – LYONYX
At LYONYX, we offer a 30-day return period. This means you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Print-on-Demand Products
Our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Therefore, we kindly ask customers to carefully review sizing and product information before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
Contact us immediately if:
- An item arrives damaged
- A product is defective
- You received the wrong item
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive:
- The return address
- Further return instructions
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale items

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must remain in its original condition:
- Unworn
- Unused
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
